I don't know if New Jersians will be able to afford anything to do with HD, considering they have to pay their property taxes to support their trough swilling politicians and their buddies along with the bloated state payroll full of do nothing government employees with lavish benefits.
I didn't think the taxes went to the state gov't, I thought NJ property taxes were invested locally in schools etc. That's why rich areas have private-school quality public schools. Which in turn drives the property prices up even more.
They do mostly go to school's. That's because all of the state money has to go to the school in the shitholes like Newark and Camden that never show any improvement whatsoever. Newark's city operating budget is funded 5% by local Newark taxes, and 95% from State taxes, i.e. everybody elses money. They school system is also over 90% funded by state money. Taxpayers pretty much have to support their local schools themselves on top of funding these shitpits know as the Abbot School Districs due to a Supreme(ly retarded) Court ruling over 30 years ago. New Jersey is the perfect example of socialism can destroy this country. If you like the place you live, take a look at New Jersey and do the exact opposite.
