"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
MS downloads are a rip off-especially when most tv channels offer free hd streams on their websites. MS charges 5 bucks for a 720p movie that takes a day to download. Not for me. The sound is limited as well, and the 360 is so bloody noisy anyway. Id take comcast on demand over them anyday-better quality and cheap to free.
i download 360 HD movies all the time. I love it honestly sometimes i just dont feel like goin out and renting a movie and marketplace is a perfect for me. im not sure what you mean by lengthy downloads i have cable internet and it takes about 5 minutes so i can "play now" and another 15 - 25 tops for the entire movie to download
Noisy? Only if you're playing a game. Jeez I wish people who don't have a particular system would just stop parroting each other.
I don't know how messed up your xbox is but for the majority of us the xbox only becomes noisy when a game is spinning in the drive, and even then as long as the sound is on I can't hear it anyway. Granted I do have an elite but I don't think that it is much quieter than my brother's premium, if at all. I think people just enjoy pointing out flaws in things to make themselves feel better about criticizing entirely unrelated subjects. Besides, I find the high pitched noise every ps3, including my own, makes much more intrusive. High pitched noises are naturally louder and can be heard even over things like the game.
