I could put together all this functionality easily for WELL under $10,000. $15,000 for packaging? You may be able to have the same functionality for under $10k but not the sum of it's actual parts. Icepower amps, Bryston pre/pro, AMX control system + remote is probably at least that much or more. Plus they have to recover their R&D costs and putting the thing together and supporting it. It's for custom installers that want to give their customers the best and when they are spending $500k for a home theater this is cheap and already put together.

Aaron Smith

Comments on SE2 Labs' $25000 ITC One now shipping, with Blu-ray

wow! i guess they only need to sell one to become profitable!

Printice

Comments on SE2 Labs' $25000 ITC One now shipping, with Blu-ray

Funny thing is this company is owned by a guy thats a complete con artist. What I don't get is what is the point of having your entire theater in one ugly box? If something breaks you can't just go out and replace that part you have to send this unit back for repair. Strange idea but I'm sure there is some sucker out there that will buy one.
