There's no actual information on that that would be useful to Joe Kane productions.<br><br>The original DVD was a cardboard snapper case, and I think sending in the case maybe, for some odd reason, called "case wrap".  I've not seen that terminology before. Amazon has it for $18 right now on pre-orders.  Also, you have the wrong covers. But I went ahead and pulled the paper insert from the case of my HD-DVD edition and am sending it in, anyway.  I suppose they didn't have to offer ANY upgrade path so something is a little better than nothing.
