Are you interpreting it to mean the cellophane? There's no actual information on that that would be useful to Joe Kane productions.
The original DVD was a cardboard snapper case, and I think sending in the case maybe, for some odd reason, called "case wrap". I've not seen that terminology before. Sending in the case might make more sense as that proves that you're upgrading from the DVD version.
