Not only is their entire repair department bogged down by ridiculous union policies ("I'm sorry sir, the technician thats running the new cable isn't trained to replace the box too", yet they have no problem with me the customer replacing the box myself) but their prices continue to rise despite bandwidth issues, the lack of competitive HD offerings and constantly slowing internet speeds. Currently for us, its TWC or using the retro antenna on the roof, which I do sometimes when during primetime the picture becomes so jittery and pixelated its unwatchable, (something a TV subscriber should never have to do). Thanks for the DTV box NTIA!

Dan
