SlySoft's latest AnyDVD HD release strips BD+ from Blu-ray Discs
The title pretty much says it all here, folks. Just a few months after SlySoft revealed a beta of its AnyDVD HD software which obliterated BD+, v6.4.0.0 has finally arrived and proudly possesses the ability to "remove BD+ protection from Blu-ray Discs." Among the other changes is an option to enable / disable BD+ removal, a fix for seeing a black display with some BD discs and other minor DVD-related tweaks. Brimming with excitement? This is an interesting development. Let's see how resilient BD+ really is to cracking.

All discs, or just the ones out currently?
....ummmm, would be a bit hard to crack movies that aren't out yet!
then it isn't truly cracked and this isn't news.
Currently, only Hitman isn't supported but the rest are. Do anything you want with them :)
see? all you need is time.
I thought it was "All You Need Is Love." Arghhhh, mate.
Now if would could just buy a cheap hd-dvd burner and blank media
I hope this is a resilient crack of BD+. BD+, BD-J and fluid profiles (and cost) are the primary drawbacks of the BD format. Not much we can do about BD-J or profile 1.x/2.x other than grin and bear it.
I look forward to being able to re-encode some of my BD collection into ipod and DVD formats for when I'm flying or driving on long trips.
I thought FOX said that this didn't exists and that they copies floating around the web were HD DVD rips from overseas. lol... now FOX lower your blu-ray prices like Warner to play nice...
BD+, yet another UNnecessary expense being passed onto the consumer by this *cough* wonderful format.
At the risk of my blog commentating life, I second that. And ask for mercy from the faceless mob of BR die hards.
Blu-ray is SO wonderful (no really it is) that it BEAT HD-DVD hands down.
Know there players are just EXPENSIVE DVD players.
Whatcha think about that Gus & Eddie? (Blu-ray movies aren't that much more expensive if you buy at amazon.com
