"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
"...(and it explains why the cable players weren't interested in the 700MHz auction)..."
Or it could have been because they're cable companies...They're not always the first people to jump into something quickly. I mean If Comcast and Time were really concerned about the theorical (up 328 Mbps download) internet Verizon and AT&T could do with the 700-MHz blocks. You would have thought that they would have at least fought a great battle for it themselves. After all WiMax has it's flaws, but hey I'm glad to see that there will be even more competition to drive prices lower in the future. =D
