Digital downloads will compete with Blu-Ray. XBLM at least already has movies and TV shows.<br><br>Then there is the MCE aspect of the 360, the networked DVR functionality, the codec support, etc.<br><br>MS and Sony have differing models for personal media. They say how great HD looks and then say how you don't notice a difference between resolutions...which is it?  Sorry, but I notice a huge difference between HD-tv (720p or 1080i) and Blu-ray. However the service works great, easy to use, very speedy servers, and the PQ is quite decent in SD and HD.<br><br>I'm on Mac so have never seen the PQ of Netflix download. I have watched the first 3 Office seasons in the past couple of weeks. Hooking the computer up to my hdtv and watching Netflix movies works great.
