Netflix issuing 10% credit to make amends for downtime?

[Thanks, Kyle]
Credit e-mail being sent out from Netflix:
"Dear [Netflix user],
As you may have heard, our shipping system was unexpectedly down for most of Monday and delayed shipping. We should have processed your DVD Monday but were unable to. Your DVD shipped on Wednesday, March 26th, instead.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We will issue a 10% credit to your account in the next few days. You don't need to do anything. The credit will be automatically applied to your next billing statement.
Again, we apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding. If you need further assistance, please call us at 1-888-638-3549.

I got a 5% credit... on a prepaid year.
I got nothing. 2 of my rentals were delayed a day.
Everywhere else has been saying 5%... and I'm getting 5% according to the email I got.
Ditto. On a monthly 1-at-a-time-unlimited plan i am getting a 5% refund, they claim because i had on movie ship a day late.
Maybe it's 5% per movie that should have shipped?
On the 3-at-a-time plan, had two that were delayed. What gives?
I got a 10% credit. See below:

I got nothing.
Of more concern to me, I can't see if it is a blu-ray or DVD on my queue anymore. I have added DVDs to change them to blu-ray when netflix finally adds that a blu-ray version will be available. A good example is walk hard. This new look is a step back to me.
Its a known issue and they are working to fix it apparently. I'm just as frustrated by it.

I got 10%
i got a 10% credit they said for me
10% for me :-)
2 rentals were delayed a day and I got zero Credit.
Rather than getting a credit, I'd be happy if they just returned to their old queue page, the one which indicated if you were getting a Blu-ray, HD DVD, or regular DVD. Their new page doesn't do this and it's really annoying.
My queue tells me which format is shipping, FYI. It's a drop-down list that I can change on the fly.
The disappearance of the Blu-ray/DVD option opens the possibility that Netflix will ship the DVD version of a queued movie if the Blu-ray version is unavailable (which is almost always).
Really?
I have yet to not get the Blu-Rays be available. They were in short supply for a very short while there, but now (when last i saw it on my queue) all 30 or so BluRays that were on my list showed as available.
I think we got 5%
Two of my movies were delayed a day, and I was given a 5% credit. Why didn't everyone get a 10% credit? Argh.
I had 3 movies delayed and got an email about a 5% credit.

Oh well, I am not gonna cry over a few cents.
I got nuttin.
I had a damaged DVD, reported Fri, thought it would be sent Sat, but it was sent on Tues.
Oh, I'm on the 2 at a time plan.
I got the 10% credit notice, the $0.99 will be appreciated :)
I received 5%.
I'm on the 1 at a time plan and I got a 10% credit.
I had sent a disc back on the Saturday before, it would have arrived at their sorting station on Monday, and I should have had something shipped back to me on Monday. Instead they shipped something to me on Thursday from an out-of-town sorting station, so I won't even get it until tomorrow.
That gives them a 1-week turn-around time, which is awful. The 10% off seems reasonable to me for what happened.
One possibility is that the amount you get refunded is just strictly proportional to what plan you're on, not so much how much you got boned.
Man! They're making me pay 10% (or 5%) more! I'm not even a Netflix subscriber!
Formats are back in the queue. I don't know if you can add HDDVD movies to your queue or not.
You can still add HDDVDs to your queue assuming you already had them enabled in your control panel.
Only 5% for me.
i have a 3-at-a-time plan and i received a 5% credit. my question is what qualifies someone to get a 10% credit as supposed to the majority of a 5% credit?
I have the 4-at-a-time plan...with 2 due to ship on that Monday. My netflix email stated that I was getting a 5% credit. Hmmm.
