Of more concern to me, I can't see if it is a blu-ray or DVD on my queue anymore. I have added DVDs to change them to blu-ray when netflix finally adds that a blu-ray version will be available. A good example is walk hard. I had sent a disc back on the Saturday before, it would have arrived at their sorting station on Monday, and I should have had something shipped back to me on Monday. Instead they shipped something to me on Thursday from an out-of-town sorting station, so I won't even get it until tomorrow.

That gives them a 1-week turn-around time, which is awful. The 10% off seems reasonable to me for what happened.
