Blu-ray is as far behind SD DVD, the real competitor format, as it is possible to be.
It can't even see off the supposedly 'dead' HD DVD properly.
If the early adopters are still pulling so strongly for the supposedly 'dead' format (and not switching to Blu-ray as the CE corps had hoped) then that leaves some very very lean years ahead for Blu-ray.
So lean in fact that outside of it's PS3 fanboy niche it'll go nowhere for too long for Blu-ray to survive.
You too bought into a dead format.......except at well over twice the price.
That's the real truth you fanboys can't bear to face.

Dude, how are you still around?? Whether or not blu-ray dies in the future is a matter open to debate, what isn't open to debate is the format that you chose to invest in (HD-DVD) is dead!!! So you can make fun of bluray all you like but one thing will always be certain it lasted longer than your format of choice...

But now Joone isn't ANTI Blu-Ray because he is making a killing off of the sales, the price went from $20 to $50 a movie...with the additional overhead being around $6 more per disc to produce....profit margin HELLO....costs $6 more to produce but make an extra $24 at retail THAT MUST SUCK!!!!
Also, these discs are $50 a POP ALWAYS...no BOGO and NEVER ON SALE.
