That's what I was going to ask... Is it 120Mhz?
If it is, yes that is a nice upgrade, though it has 60 and 48 rates on the W3000 and uses the 48 for the 24P cinema mode they say.
Plus there might be small things like HDMI use, input-wise that would also make it nicer.
