From what I know, HBO holds most of it and Dreamworks holds a small share since they were in association with HBO on it. Since HBO is apart of New line Cinema (aka. The new part of Warner Brothers). It alittle difficult to say who owns the exact full rights. The company that owns the History Channel and A&E home entertainment have a contract that only allows them to air the series. Just like Comedy Central has done with Futurama.
