The consoles you names are all the same. There's no difference in them.
Core -> Arcade Premium -> Pro Elite -> Elite
The only thing they did is add the hdmi port and improved chip manufacturing to consume less power.
LOL..You fanboys are all the same I swear. You all quote the same information that has nothing to do with reality.
Not only that the Xbox 360 hasn't CHANGED in ANYTHING, they lowered the price.
PS3 had 20gb (no wifi), 60gb (wifi and hardware PS2 support), 80gb (limited PS2 support), 60gb (limited PS2 support), 40gb no memory card less USB ports no PS2 support. All of these have difference sets of FEATURES!!
PS3 from the start has been a joke, and you saying that Xbox 360 games were crap is purely your own worthless fanboy, very subjective opinion. Xbox 360 had AWESOME games and still continues to simply blow away everything from PS3.
I'm sure people like you will buy PS3 games (or make their parents to buy them) but it's only denial. There's no better platform for gamers then Xbox 360. Xbox Live, Achievements, Smoother and even better looking games and on and on.
I suggest you wake up, be objective and you will realize what is a better platform. Playstation 3 has been a horrifically planned console from start. Even themselves said they needed about a year or two to really make everything.
Even now, GT5 for example is already clear won't offer anything more then what Forza 2 offered almost a year ago or more (reviews are already showing that). Not to mention the fact that Sony fanboys are shelling out $40 for a BETA or a demo of the real game that is supposed to come out next year. Then you'll pay $60 for the full (SAME finished) game. Talk about intelligence.
For those looking for a device strictly for reading, the new Kobo is a nice little option. It's small enough to slip into a pocket, can do more with a PDF than the competition, and at $129, it's $10 cheaper than both the Nook and Kindle WiFi.
