Not sure who that's addressed to, but considering Circuit City's (lack of) general guidance and business practices, does it surprise anyone that they're slacking off on moving the deal forward? I'm not a fan of BlockBuster either, but Circuit City will get whatever they deserve. Just like CompUSA, the public has spoken.
Of course, I'm gonna miss wandering the store aimlessly, from register to register, hopelessly looking for an employee to ring up my purchases......
