I personally wonder how many of this 5% of bluray bought are being bought by larger retail rental chains and how many are being bought for home-use by average joes.
I honestly own 2 hd-dvd movies(both came with player) and 0 blu-ray. For the most part, I find that the $30.00 - $40.00 they are asking for a new movie is too much. I'd almost rather buy it on dvd...but dvd looks so ugly to me now that I've gotten used to blu-ray and hd-dvd so I just rent mosty.
