I hope that the new owner of the company doesn't change a thing with their Customer Service department. My two dealings with BA's customer service have been about the best I have had dealing with any company. Even after the 5 year warranty was up on my speakers (VR950) they sent me new caps for the top of the speaker when the decoritive cap started to pull away from the wood. I just sent them an email asking what adhesive they recommended and immediately received an email asking for my mailing address, 3 days later I had shiny new replacement caps on my doorstep.
