"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
i work at circuit, and we've had the 750 series for three weeks. They only thing that improved are the contrast levels. Some of the best black levels of any LCD, however many things still suck. The 120hz, comes preset on Low rather than High like last years 71 and 81 series. But on High the 120hz still has its frame mashing issues, it looks terrible....
The ToC, or Touch of Color, is pathetic. They show it glowing and its a very subtle redness. You can't see it, and when you notice it, you ask yourself why the fuck they'd ever do that.....
Anyways, that's my opinion. If you have to go LCD, wait for the new Bravia LCD from Sony. I promise, its worth the wait.
