Uverseusers.com reported that the 2HD / 2SD stream capability was released in St. Louis today (4/30). All new installations will apparently get it while existing customers will be phased in over the coming weeks. Unfortunately, I can't personally confirm until my installation on 5/17 here in StL.

Looks like someone on page 5 of that link I gave above has posted a screenshot confirming that they have 2 HD streams.
