Is the Bravia Engine 2 better than the Bravia Engine Pro currently used in the top-of-the-line XBR LCD?
@ David - I doubt that they would bring out a new Bravia Engine and call it version 2 if it wasn't a better version of the first model.
Well there are three versions of the Bravia engine AFAIK:
1) Bravia Engine
2) Bravia Engine Pro
3) Bravia Engine 2
It's not obvious, at least to me, that #3 is better than #2. If I didn't know that #2 was released before #3 I would assume that #2 was better.
