"Portsmouth joins Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson and Virginia Beach in granting Verizon the authority to compete for cable services."
Anyone notice how this creates a circle around one city? Norfolk. I mean really Verizon. Complete that circle and give Norfolk FIOS.
The other problem is that they don't even get it out in to all the of the cities. You can hardly get FIOS in VA Beach, they shouldn't even say it's an option.
Does anyone know if and when Verizon Fios is going to come to Southwestern Connecticut (ie Milford) because Cablevision is just pissing me off, I can't remember the last time they added any HD channels and Fios is the only land line service I know of that offers Setanta Sports.
