Have we forgotten the Dumbo ears on the SXRD  XBRs?  Making the speakers detachable is one thing, but I'm with Dan Davis - Who cares about the tv speakers?   That's one thing I wish Pioneer would drop.  They claim that they spend a lot of R&D on the sound quality of their speakers but most people keep it in the box and stashed away. The taste over there is a whole lot different than over here.
