Six James Bond movies due on Blu-ray in October spec'd, priced

More info on all six of the James Bond pictures coming to Blu-ray October 21 is finally available, the individual discs of Dr. No, Die Another Day, Live and Let Die, For Your Eyes Only, From Russia With Love and Thunderball will carry a pretty standard $34.98 MSRP, or as two separate volumes of three with an $89.98 SRP. The special features and 4K Lowry transfers seen in the Ultimate Edition Bond DVDs return here, so if you've already got those the net benefit is 1080p and possibly better sound (and a Quantum of Solace movie ticket), although it wasn't specified. Still, if you're awaiting the best looking home editions of these Bond movies yet there's no doubt these are the ones you're looking for.
i feel like selling my bond dvds. They re-release them every couple years that its pointless. This will mark the 4th+ bond re-release.
First there was vhs, who knows how many versions. Then 3 bond sets on dvd, then 3 bond sets re-issued (which are the ones i own) and then the ultimate bond sets, which are yet another better version, and now blu-ray versions, of which im sure will be included 2 years later in a platinum blu-ray set with all 22 bond movies.
Its just rediculose now. You cant win with these.

I'm a little disappointed that Goldeneye isn't on that list, oh well guess it's in the next roll out.

What i tried to say was tell me when they release an "uber" crazy Bond collection with all 21 movies in one box on Blu-Ray.
I'll wait for some reviews on the PQ and audio before I jump into this.
Glad I never fell for "rebuying" the 3 to 4 "remasters" of the bond movies on DVD.
I just want a box set with EVERY James Bond movie on Blu-Ray in master quality.
I'd pay $100 for that. Of course they will most likely charge $1,000 for it as they have 2 movies for almost $100. So I guess I'm pirating all of them.
Sad. If it was priced better, we wouldn't have to steal.
Ironic that the Pirating and Stealing of products is one of the things that increases there cost.
