I am surprised too, I think they are a decent company. Most of the service providers gouge you and I like to describe Dish as reasonable. They are pretty responsive with customer service but they do nickle and dime you. I wouldn't be surprised if people cut them loose because Dish charged them 5 bucks to get downgrade their service.
I also think they have a great STB interface and the QOS is better than comcasts...
