I expect the service I paid for and was promised. I don’t want a refund, I want them to do what they were hired to do and ship the DVDs in a timely manner. There is no excuse for what will now be a week-long delay in mailing out the DVDs. Take off your tin foil hat and take the stick out of your ass. Netflix is a great service, don't call the whanbulance after the have one small hiccup. I can't say the same for back when I had an HD-DVD player.
