Our Shipping Centers Are Mailing DVDs
Delayed DVD Shipments Are Being Sent Today (Friday)
Yet my actual DVDs read:
We expect to ship your next available movie by Monday.
Someone isn’t telling the truth.
I expect the service I paid for and was promised. I don’t want a refund, I want them to do what they were hired to do and ship the DVDs in a timely manner. There is no excuse for what will now be a week-long delay in mailing out the DVDs. Blockbuster anyone?
Dude, chill. My movie still lists "Shipping Wednesday", but I already got it yesterday (Thursday) and sent it back today. They are super backed up. Calm down if they haven't gotten to your individual account yet and updated your status just because their entire shipping system is back up and running. I mean, they have, what...8 million customers?
Take off your tin foil hat and take the stick out of your ass. Netflix is a great service, don't call the whanbulance after the have one small hiccup. Plus, they are compensating you with no effort on you part.
"If you should have been shipped a disc Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, it will ship today (Friday). Your Queue may not yet reflect what we have received and shipped. We expect your Queue to be up to date later tonight."
