In the US, the 46-inch LN46A850 is going for $2,699.99, while Canucks will be asked to hand over $3,199.99; the 52-inch LN52A850 sells for $3,399.99 in America, yet it'll go for $3,799.99 in the Great North. As for the 9 Series? Try an $800 premium on the 46-inch LN46A950 ($3,999.99) and the 55-inch LN55A950 ($4,999.99). Feel the pain this September.

How clever.. such insight.
Typical.. working on some bizarre exchange rate to pick Canadians' pockets. This is getting to be one tired practice. Hopefully Canadians hold off and focus on purchasing where there's parity to US pricing for consumer goods. It's the only way to get those prices down.
Its actually cheaper to buy a tv in the states and pay the duties at the border. And I'd actually rather pay our government the duties then a company that undervalues our currency.
Stinks that the 81 series was the last 57 and 65 inch that Samsung made. Bigger is always better when it comes to screen size and I'd like to see another 57" and 65" consumer LCD.
