The EPA found that the percentage remained consistent from 1999-2005. Even as recycling rates went up, the amount of electronics reaching end of life outpaced the increase, leaving the figure static. (source: EPA, July 2008)

Design is A+ on these! :)
Looks PROMISING!!!!! Pleeeeeease be under $200 and ship SOON!
Under $200 is going to be a big reach. I think if it's under $300 I may finally jump in on BR.
Yes, it's going to be $199 and they're going to throw in a free 50" 2160p240 Plasma TV with each purchase.
That's for the BD55, obviously. The '35 costs $99, and comes with a 32" 10,000:1 1080p60 LCD. But who would want *that*?
My guess is BD35 $349 BD55 $549
They are very slick looking players. Compare the size of these to the Pioneers new Blu-ray players.
Hope for $499.99 on these fully-featured BR players.
Agreed, 500 is a respectable price for a fully featured unit. Sadly i don't see that happening till this time next year.
$299.99 with Bitstream output for ALL audio codecs, and $399.99 for the 55 model.
