Always cracks me up to see people on tech blogs act like they know something about, well something they know nothing about.
The CEA has for DECADES, not months, not years, DECADES railed against any kind of interface standard with the cable industry. It took the FCC to get them to talk to the cable co's and finally agree to SOMETHING.
So, you all cried about your Bittorrent, and look what it's gotten you? Caps.
Now you're going to cry about this and guess what you're going to get? Another 20 years of TVs that require a separate box from whatever provider you decide to use.
