Not only that, 5 HD channels that I already had are now unavailable.  When I called up TWC to get this fixed, they sent a signal to my cablebox to fix it, and in the process deleted every show off my DVR.  Thanks for the warning %#*@$!  Now they're sending out a tech today and I guarantee they'll have to switch out the cable box making this a whopping 4 times we've had our Scientific Atlantic 8300 replaced for hardware/software problems.  <br><br>I live in a town where FiOS isn't available yet an I don't want to lose my signal when it rains or snows with satellite so I'm stuck with TWC indefinately.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[angryTWCcustomer]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Sep 20th 2008 10:34AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
