I have the channels but they're unavailable which is very unusual since they're free HD. Not only that, 5 HD channels that I already had are now unavailable. When I called up TWC to get this fixed, they sent a signal to my cablebox to fix it, and in the process deleted every show off my DVR. Thanks for the warning %#*@$! Now they're sending out a tech today and I guarantee they'll have to switch out the cable box making this a whopping 4 times we've had our Scientific Atlantic 8300 replaced for hardware/software problems.
I live in a town where FiOS isn't available yet an I don't want to lose my signal when it rains or snows with satellite so I'm stuck with TWC indefinately.
