We're beginning to wonder if these 5-spots will
ever end, as Time Warner Cable has
once more delivered
five new HD stations to its loyal customers in Buffalo, New York. The company has now added 20 high-def channels over the past two weeks as it attempts to build up the former Adelphia footprint into one with a respectable HD lineup. This go 'round, we've got The Learning Channel HD (736), Toon Disney HD (748), ABC Family HD (749), Sports New York (SNY) HD (731) and National Geographic HD (734) being added in, bringing the high-definition total (at least for the moment) to 33.
They are buttering them up for Thursday when they drop their local CBS affiliate.
Yep, local LIN CBS station WIVB is now telling people to switch to Dish Network.
43 channels by my count
I wish time warner would start sending some of those channels our way in Charlotte NC.
the only reason all of this is happening is b/c FiOS is available now and TWC is trying to keep up...but failing fortunately
GO VERIZON!
Yeah I live in buffalo, and who give about the channels there. I want Sci-fi and CW in HD. But now. Hell today is the last day for CBS and the CW. Thank god fios just opened up tv in my area 2 weeks ago. 3 more weeks until my install
