is this nessecary at all? I mean the cost of a long display cable from monoprice can be bought for very cheap, much cheaper then the extra power this technology will probably use over time. And most people have their players and whathaveyou right next to their tvs regardless. Not to mention im sure there will be a primeium on this technology.
