Are there plans to upgrade that item any time soon?<br><br>I am hoping to replace the Insight DVR with TiVo, which I understands involves ordering a couple of cable cards and installing them in my TiVo.  However, Insight's customer service people don't seem to know how to do that or even how to connect me to people who do.<br><br>I've been to the local big box stores that handle TiVo, but while they are fairly knowledgeable about the DVR itself they haven't tried to keep up with local conditions, so there's no real help there.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Charles Norman]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Oct 31st 2008 10:48AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
