This is just a spruced up 550. Worst number keys on any remote I've owned. Thank goodness I don't have cable and channel up / down works well.
Other than dedicated buttons for BD/HD DVD controls (the colors) what is the real difference. Even the 659 is better ergonomically than this one. (I've used the 659, 550, and 880)
