Why the "We kid. We kid." CYA? Analysts and consumers have been saying since the beginning of the format war that price is the main factor right now and that current BD player prices aren't there yet, nor are the prices for Blu-ray movies. Blu-ray adoption WOULD clearly soar if the manufacturers would just price the players right! I've never had a single associate offer to help me in Wal-Mart or Target (which I am thankful for), but I can't get more than 3 steps in most electronics stores without being hassled.
