London, 5th November, 2008: New technology launched today is set to pull the world of online media into sharper focus. New kid on the block, Recast Digital, has developed a proprietary method of optimizing the playback performance of High Definition (HD) video within Flash®, removing the viewer's need for specialist software installations or increasingly powerful computers.

I just watched the 007 trailer and the bitrate is too low. You can notice the blacks not being uniform and when it switched to the scene with Bond walking on the sand the blue sky sort of faded in and you could see the lines while the colors were being adjusted. Give us a 6mbps version for like Super Ultra or something, then they will have a real winner on their hands.
At least it ran for you. It loaded. Said it was optimizing. No selection would run.
To everyone who is having trouble with the player make sure you are running Flashplayer 10.

From my experience I'd say that's because it's a mac.
Looks absolutely stunning on my PC under IE 7.
Looks pretty good, did notice some banding and I did hit a buffering message...twice.
Could fall into the "good enough" category now, but with some more work and a bigger pipe might look a lot better.
not blu-ray quality, but for streaming some quick videos this should be great. loaded up pretty fast and had better quality than most embedded videos ive ever seen

The videos looked pretty good to me. It would have been better if they would not launch the screen into full screen mode as soon as you click enter.
The video looks amazing in Gold!
I notice if your system is good for hd but your internet speed is too slow -> It will deault the format to "wd" or "sd".
