Thanks for this info. I just ordered two 625 Receivers from ebay just now. I don't need HD because I use Dish Network for strictly South Asian channels. Seems from this article, with the 622 you can add on extra space, but can I do that with the 625?

Nope, only the HD models have USB 2.0 ports. Can't do it for the standard def receivers.
