Yup, I think Denon & Onkyo are relying on people trusting their logo to jack up prices. I think a good brand justifies some premium if its backed up by good support but not a 3x markup. You can buy the Sony S350 for £169 in the UK and a Panasonic DMPBD35 from £250 so charging £600 for an arguably lesser player is daylight robbery.

Hmm, that player looks SUSPICIOUSLY like the Onkyo DV-BD606P. Same button layout, slot for SD etc. It means it is probably yet another Funai player.
