"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
This will only happen if the FCC (the Government) prevents Internet providers from capping how much someone can download. Cable/FIOS high speed Internet providers are not dumb they will not let people download unlimited amounts of HD video and chance losing their cable/FIOS subscribers.
I expect what you will see is the cable companies lowering the caps while simultaneously introducing their own VOD which is exempt from those restrictions. Companies love tying services together so that you can't leave without losing all of them.
Anti-competitive to be sure, but I'm sure they'll figure a way to pretend it isn't, that the VOD is somehow not subject same restrictions because its on a local loop inside the network or something.
