Anything filmed on a Red One is 4k unless they film at 113 FPS at which point it goes to 2k because of the massive data rate associated with Redcode raw at such a high resolution and speed.
The Red One is not used by the major studios. Also, Hancock was the only 4K film released in the last year. To date I think there have only been 3 or 4 4K releases and only 3 currently planned for future release. Not surprisingly all of the 4K films are from Sony, the only company manufacturing these projectors for public exhibition.
also being 4k has nothing to do with sony, sony does have studios sure, but they do not make cameras (atleast not for the film industry, just prosumer cams)
