This was because everyone who had requested one in Austin got called by TW today, being told that there were more than enough for everyone. What they didn't say is what time to go get them lol

I pushed in the switch on the front of that adapter and the light finally stayed solid.
I did not have to restart the tivo or adapter again. I now have the sdv channels

I plugged in my Tuning Adapter this morning.....after an hour on phone support and a truck roll, it's still not working.
