I didn't have any luck streaming HD with any 200Mbps power line extenders if you got further away than the adjacent room. Some areas even had problems streaming 480p.
If you have a single story (or crawlspace), running the cable will perform much better.
I tried 3 different brands with no different results.
Well, the fact that they state performance as "up to 200mbs" says it all. It's not guaranteed and will fall back to slower speeds based on line quality, wire distance, etc.
