Comcast adds E!, Toon and Travel Channel HD in Augusta, Georgia

Augusta just picked up three from Comcast in late October, and now the famed Georgia town has another three to mount up on its wall. As the wave of expansion continues, Augusta has been struck with E! HD, Toon HD and Travel Channel HD. Any guesses where Comcast will strike next?[Thanks, Caleb]

I really don't understand the roll out method. If they have the ability to add channels in all their markets, why don't they just flip the switch? I live in California, you'd think that California with all its technology and infrastructure would get some more channels already.
Do you know how much it cost cables company's to actually throw out HD channels?
It cost millions of dollars. Besides they have contracts with each company to show that channel in that specific area. They can not just give everyone the same equal channels. I
