Comcast delivers 29 HD channels in Seattle / Tacoma, Washington
It's officially the holiday season, and Comcast is officially in the giving mood. Hard though it may be to fathom, the carrier has just unloaded no fewer than 29 new high-definition channels in the Seattle / Tacoma, Washington area. We won't even bother boggling your mind by listing all 29 here, but those ready for an HD overload can hit the read link and prepare to be wowed. 29 new high-def stations in a single day -- that's almost too many to digest at once. Almost.[Thanks to everyone who sent this in]

Along with the internet boost they gave us, I now have a temporary good feeling about Comcast.
I was so excited when I found so many new HD channels the other day. We haven't gotten any new ones in awhile so it's nice to see they gave us a bunch this time.
Still waiting on Spike HD. Only way to see Star Wars in HD! Weather CH HD would be awesome as well.
You guys are lucky! Here in Trenton, NJ we only have 35 HD channels none of them including USA HD, Sci-Fi HD, or other really cool HD channels
I still haven't gotten my new channels yet. I live half way between Seattle and Tacoma.
I still am waiting for those HD channels and Travel Channel HD. At least they split Golf and Versus up thank goodness.
Meh. I dropped Comcast for FiOS back in September and haven't looked back yet (I live in Everett).
And now that HD Netflix streaming is available on my Roku, I'm glad I do not have to worry about data caps.
I live in the greater Seattle area and no one at Comcast seems to know the rollout schedule of the 19 HD channels. Any thoughts?
Excuse me, I meant to say 29 channels.
