DOH! read that post too quickly - checked out BB - the one HDDVD I clicked on had it listed for $7.99 but it was 'used' and knowing how vulnerable HDDVD's are to scratches I would not buy a used HDDVD.

I was afraid the deal was for used...what's the return policy?
I don't know the return policy - I closed the tab in my browser once I spied that. They might have 'new' for sale but I'd be REALLY surprised.
