Where the hell is AMC? If Madmen comes back, I do not want to have to watch it in SD. Though, Dish's AMC SD feed is much better than its local WB SD feed that is pure crap, thank god for OTA!
AMC, and the other free movie channels, would be a welcome plus in HD. IFC especially, as it frequently has the kind of movies you really want to see the higher definition for. (Never sure why people here think fast paced action movies benefit from HD. They don't. Motion = blur. But movies with scenes of exotic locales - now that's where HD just pays for itself.)
It beats me why they're putting Nickelodeon ahead of AMC, TMC, and IFC.
