Given the new 40,000:1 CR, presumably they're using this new higher brightness / efficiency technology.

I'm curious about the lack of tuners on most models though... that seems pretty weird. I'm sure it cuts costs supporting standards internationally, but... most people expect that.

On the other hand, Panasonic announced an actual product, and pioneer has not.
