Some high end HTPC cases include an LCD display on them (some of which are touch capable). These are useful if you are trying to interact with your media center without the TV on (play music, check weather etc). Full control over the media center UI via touch would be a great addition. For example, scrolling through the guide quickly, couldn't that be achieved by holding down that right arrow key?
